Appointment Bookings

Appointments made through our website or booking system are requests only until confirmed by us.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be notified in advance.

 

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
Full payment is required prior to collection of spectacles, sunglasses, or contact lenses unless agreed otherwise.
We accept major payment methods including EFTPOS, credit card, debit card and selected health fund claims.


Prescription Eyewear Orders

Prescription lenses and customised orders are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • your prescription is current and accurate, and
  • you understand the selected lens type and product options

We may decline to fill a prescription where it appears unsafe, expired, or clinically inappropriate.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Exchanges: within 14 days of collection for frames or sunglasses in unused condition with proof of purchase.
  • Change-of-mind refunds: not offered.
  • Prescription lenses: no return or exchange unless faulty, as these are custom-made.
  • Refunds or replacements for faulty goods: provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, including where products are faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

 

Warranties & Repairs

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand.
Warranty claims do not cover:

  • misuse, accidents, or neglect
  • normal wear and tear
  • scratched or damaged lenses caused by handling

We will assist in lodging warranty claims where appropriate, but final approval sits with the manufacturer or supplier.

 

Health Information & Advice

Eye health information on this website is general in nature and not a substitute for personalised clinical advice.
Please consult our optometrists directly for assessment or treatment recommendations.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
